Wonderful local spot, no English menu, but Google/Apple translate app are your friends, and the proprietor/server speak English. I had the wiener schnitzel and my partner had the Koningsberger Klopse (a type of meat ball) both with delicious warm German potato salad (nice and vinegary). Then we shared the apple streudel and ice cream. We loved it all. Off the tourist path and happy to have you.

One of the best dining experiences of my life! The service was so welcoming. We don’t speak German yet we were welcomed. The patio is beautiful. Amazing options on the menu. We can’t wait to return.

Delicious food and a great selection of wines. Top friendly service in s delightful setting . Ludwig really takes care of his guests . Definitely worth a visit if you're in Berlin .

The owner was very friendly and welcoming. He translated the menu for us and explained about some of the different dishes, which was all home cooked traditional German food. Everyone enjoyed their meal and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend this restaurant.

If you look for great authentic food, very high class, this is for you. Incredible quality and, yes the wine selection is huge.In one word, the food is "Ehrlich" (honest).
